Where machines learn to sense, move and solve.
9:30am–2:30pm | Up to 80 students
Inside Robotics puts students in control of the machines shaping modern industry and agriculture. Every workshop shows a different way robots sense, move and make decisions.
Workshops
Students rotate through workshops in small groups.
- Advanced Micro:bit (Radio Control): Students program micro:bits that talk to each other by radio and build wireless controls for their own machines.
- Future Farming: Students program DJI Robomaster robots to find, target and pick apples on their own, the same challenge agricultural engineers are solving on real farms.
- Curious Creatures: Students design and build robotic creatures that sense and react to the world around them, where code, craft and creativity collide.
- Vision: Students capture and process real-world images with code, exploring the machine learning behind self-driving cars, smart farms and automated logistics.
